Website Repairs offers three maintenance levels. Select the package which best suits your needs.

Bronze Package
Typically chosen by small businesses with static web sites. Up to 1 hour telephone support per month Up to 3 hours maintenance per month Emergency response to critical problems within 24 hours Aim to get you back online within 48 hours of starting work Monthly backup of your website code Not suitable for content managed, e-commerce or web directories Backups retained for 3 months Office hours only (9am-5pm weekdays) £100 setup, £25 per month

Silver Package
Choose Silver if you are a medium sized business or a small business with a website with the potential to grow Up to 3 hours telephone support per month Up to 6 hours maintenance per month Emergency response within 4 hours during office hours Start work within 24 hours outside office hours, including weekends Aim to get you back online within 24 hours of starting work Weekly backup of your website code Weekly backup of your website's database Backups retained for 6 months Monthly website performance report £250 setup, £100 per month

Gold Package
Designed for enterprises handling significant volumes of web-based data Up to 6 hours telephone support per month Up to 8 hours maintenance per month Emergency response within 4 hours during office hours Start work within 12 hours outside office hours, including weekends Aim to get you back online within 24 hours of receiving report Weekly backup of your website code Daily backup of your website database Backups retained for 12 months Monthly website performance report £500 setup, £250 per month

Additional Terms

If during a month you exceed your allowances you will be charged at the next most appropriate package. Alternatively an hourly rate can be agreed.
Some sites are suited to an automated database backup solution. These sites will be subject to a 20% reduction in the monthly fee at the Silver and Gold service levels.
All prices are exclusive of VAT which is charged at the standard rate (currently 17.5%).
Bulk discount available for multiple sites.
